International Game Technology, often known as IGT, and Gaming Realms have launched an official online casino games licensing agreement. The Gaming Realms team is intent on speeding up its spread throughout Europe and the Americas.
This new deal mandates that the mobile casino content licensor and developer create Slingo games. These games have exploded in popularity in recent months, likely due to the fact that they mix two player favorites: slot machines and Bingo. The games being created are based on a variety of IGT properties, such as Cleopatra and Da Vinci Diamonds.
License for Online Gambling
Gaming Realms was officially approved as an interactive game manufacturer just last month. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has granted this license. It is expected that Gaming Realms will soon be given the opportunity to seek for similar licenses in Michigan. Pennsylvania is currently the fifth most populous state in the USA. The current population stands at over 12.8 million. The iGaming industry in the state saw phenomenal year-over-year growth of 574 percent in 2020.
The company issued a trading update for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2020 in April. With this revision, we were able to raise our income potential by 66%. All social publishing at the company is up 41%, and the online casino games license section is up 81%.
A Rare and Enticing Chance
The Senior Vice President of IGT PlayDigital, Enrico Drago, has commented that the potential to increase the reach of some of IGT’s top-performing online and mobile casino brands through their partnership with Gaming Realms to manufacture Slingo games is intriguing. He went on to say that the widespread recognition of these iconic IGT brands among both land-based and digital players would help Gaming Realms achieve its goal of creating new Slingo players while also bolstering the power of IGT’s brands in the burgeoning online casino games market.
As both firms want to increase their presence in the US and European markets, Gaming Reals Executive Chairman Michael Buckley has indicated that combining Slingo with IGT’s famed proprietary casino games online is a compelling alliance. He argued that the success of IGT’s games was a great chance for his company to expand into the Slingo market.
